CLUCK OF THE IRISH HOMESTEAD
Join us as we are starting a homestead by raising chickens and turkeys, raised bed vegetable gardening, homemaking, and keeping our Catholic faith and tradition.

Cluck of the Irish Homestead was started in the Fall of 2023 when our family found and bought this property. We had been living in the suburbs for a few years and we were eagerly planning and searching for a way to leave for a more rural lifestyle. God provided, and several years earlier than we had planned we were blessed with the opportunity to purchase this home and my husband to secure a job he loves in the area!
Our goal is to live a slower lifestyle and become more self-sustainable. Starting from scratch on infrastructure, we are first working on establishing the gardens and raising our first batch of chickens and turkeys. Our list of improvements and goals is ever growing!
